A Coder’s Journey provides educational content about software development, clean code, .NET, software architecture, and related topics. The courses are intended to help you learn, practice, and improve your skills. Completing a course does not guarantee employment, income, certification, promotion, or any specific professional result.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login information safe and for providing accurate account information. A valid Telegram handle is required before checkout because purchased course files are delivered through Telegram.

Purchases, pricing, and delivery

Course prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through PayPal. After a successful payment, purchased course files are delivered through Telegram or another delivery method that may be introduced later.

You are responsible for providing a correct Telegram handle. If the handle is missing or incorrect, delivery may be delayed until the correct information is provided.

Digital product refund policy

Courses sold on this website are digital products. Because digital files can be accessed or delivered after purchase, sales are final and non-refundable once payment is completed and delivery has started, unless a refund is required by law.

If a technical problem prevents delivery or access, please contact me through the contact page so I can help resolve the issue.

License to use course materials

When you purchase a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the course materials for your own learning. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, publish, share, or otherwise make the purchased files available to others.

Intellectual property

Course videos, downloads, text, images, branding, code samples, and other materials on this website belong to A Coder’s Journey or Morteza Giti unless otherwise stated. You may use purchased materials for personal learning, but ownership of the materials does not transfer to you.

YouTube-backed courses

Some courses may also be available publicly on YouTube. Purchasing through this website provides the ad-free downloadable package, may include supporting files, and helps support A Coder’s Journey. Public availability on YouTube does not give permission to redistribute paid downloadable materials.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout or delivery, scrape protected content, share paid files publicly, or use the website for illegal or harmful activity.

Third-party services
